1) Buy physical ferry ticket at our store @ Vivocity
2) 3-minute walk to ferry service counter (Harbourfront Centre, #03-43) for immediate seat reservation (all passport details required)
3) Enjoy your trip!
Do you know that? Seat reservation is not necessary for normal weekday travel!
Simply check-in at the ferry service counter 60 mins prior to departure with your passport and physical ferry ticket, and you are ready to go!
Method 1 - Walk-in seat reservation (anytime up to 60 mins prior to departure):
Bring along all physical ferry tickets and all passport details to:
- Harbourfront Centre, #03-43, 1 Maritime Square (Lobby C), Singapore 099253
Note: NO EXTRA CHARGE for urgent / last-minute / same-day reservations (best effort basis subject to seat availability).
For public holiday travel, it is recommended to reserve your seats early by doing a walk-in seat reservation in advance.
Method 2 - Online seat reservation (anytime up to 48 hours prior to departure):

If you had made a seat reservation, and missed your check-in deadline (60 mins prior to departure):
You can board the next available ferry with a counter amendment fee of S$3/ticket.
