Q: Is there a minimum charter duration?
A: Yes, in order to cover fixed costs, all charters will require a minimum duration of 3 hours.
Q: What will I sightsee/visit as part of the sightseeing tour?
A: The recommended duration for the sightseeing tour is 6 hours. Most popular sightseeing spots include: Batu Caves (visit stop), Tugu Negara (photo), Thean Hou Temple (visit stop), Istana Negara (photo), KLCC (photo + lunch), Police Museum (visit stop), Masjid Negara (visit stop), Taman Okid (visit stop), Dataran Merdeka (photo). You will be pleased to note that almost all stated sightseeing spots do not require any entrance fees.
Q: How do I guarantee my hourly charter service?
A: We politely request all clients to prepay MYR90 for their trips.
Q: How do I recognise and meet your driver?
A: Our drivers will hold up a placard with your name at the agreed meeting location for maximum visibility.
Q: How does your free amendment policy work?
A: Please kindly amend your reservation at least 48 hours prior to arrival. We seek your understanding that all other amendments including cancellations will incur a MYR50 (about US$15) fee. |
