Q: Do you offer point-to-point transfers and airport transfers instead of hourly charters?
A: No, we sincerely apologise that do not offer such services at the present moment.
Q: How much time should I set aside for the transit tour?
A: Depending on the length of your flight transit, we recommend you factor in 3 hours for immigration formalities, and our drivers will suggest places to sightsee based on the actual amount of time you have.
Q: What will I sightsee/visit as part of the transit tour?
A: Most popular sightseeing spots include: Marina Bay Sands, CBD Skyline, Merlion Park, Esplanade, Gardens By The Bay, Universal Studios Singapore, Sentosa Island, Orchard Road, Padang, Chinatown and Little India. Entrance fees not included.
Q: Where will I eat during the transit tour?
A: Touristy places such as Makansutra and Newton Food Centre are often classified as overrated and expensive by many Singaporeans. Our drivers will bring you to a real local food centre with reasonable prices.
Q: What will I eat as part of the transit tour?
A: Our drivers recommend Fengshan Food Centre, where you can sample the most authentic minced meat noodles, sambal stingy, boiled cockles, chilli crabs, char kuay teow, oyster omelette, fried carrot cake, and chicken rice. Meals not included.
Q: Is this a charter service or shared shuttle service?

A: We politely request all clients to prepay for the first 2 hours of their trips.
Q: How do I recognise and meet your driver?
A: Our drivers will hold up a placard with your name at the agreed meeting location for maximum visibility.
Q: How does your free amendment policy work?
A: Please kindly amend your reservation at least 48 hours prior to arrival. We seek your understanding that all other amendments including cancellations will incur a S$15 (about US$11) fee. |
